Thirteen new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service in July. Their mission assignments will be announced at a later date.

Alba A. and Jose A. Barreiros

Jose Antonio da Silva Barreiros, 48, and Alba Valeria Altheman Barreiros, four children, Lake Reams Ward, Orlando Florida South Stake. Brother Barreiros is a stake high councilor and former counselor in a stake presidency, counselor in a district presidency, bishopric counselor, ward clerk and ward mission leader. David M. and Terry Lee Berrett

David Mark Berrett, 61, and Terry Lee Wall Berrett, four children, Victoria 1st Branch (English), Hong Kong China District (English). Brother Berrett is a district president and is a former stake president, bishop and missionary in the California Oakland Mission. Area legal counsel, Office of General Counsel for the Church. Born in Ogden, Utah, to Mark Richard and Joyce Verla Berrett.

Sister Berrett is a counselor in a district Relief Society presidency and is a former counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency, ward Relief Society president, counselor in a ward Young Women presidency and Relief Society teacher. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Douglas Eugene and June Wall.

Val J. and Lauralee Christensen

Val John Christensen, 59, and Lauralee Bennion Christensen, eight children, Mueller Park 10th Ward, Bountiful Utah Mueller Park Stake. Brother Christensen is a former high councilor, counselor in a bishopric, gospel doctrine teacher and missionary in the Germany West Mission. Attorney, and recently retired president and CEO of EnergySolutions, Inc. Born in Mt. Pleasant, Utah, to John Bruce and Lila Jean Asay Christensen.

Sister Christensen is a former counselor in a stake Primary presidency, marriage and family relations and gospel doctrine teacher, ward Young Women adviser, seminary teacher and counselor in a ward Primary presidency. Born in Provo, Utah, to Junius Leo and Bonita Bennion.

Monsop and Tabata L. Collado

Monsop Collado Madrigal, 38, and Tabata Lidiette Blanco Rojas de Collado, three children, Flores Ward, Alajuela Costa Rica Stake. Brother Collado is a counselor in a stake presidency, EFY session director and national public affairs director. He is a former bishop and missionary in the Guatemala Guatemala City Central Mission. Jerald Donald Crickmore, 58, and Janna Alise Peterson Crickmore, seven children, Cardiff Ward, Del Mar California Stake. Brother Crickmore is a former stake president, counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, bishopric counselor, seminary teacher, counselor in an elders quorum presidency and missionary in the Massachusetts Boston Mission (Spanish-speaking). Steven C and Martha S. Edgren

Steven C Edgren, 63, and Martha Susan Roark Edgren, six children, Alamo 2nd Ward, Danville California Stake. Brother Edgren is a temple sealer in the Oakland California Temple and is a former regional welfare agent, stake president, high councilor, bishop, counselor in a bishopric and ward Young Men president. Retired vice president of investment management, Goldman Sachs. Born in Livermore, Calif., to Lloyd Harris Edgren and Aileen Belz.

Sister Edgren is a temple ordinance worker and a former counselor in ward Young Women, Relief Society and Primary presidencies, ward Young Women adviser, Primary teacher and seminary teacher. Born in Joplin, Mo., to Donald Love and Sammie Lou Roark.

Bruce Edward Hobbs, 60, and Julia Dickerson Hobbs, four children, Rexburg 10th Ward, Rexburg Idaho East Stake. Brother Hobbs is a stake president and former counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, bishop, counselor in a bishopric and missionary in the South Korea Mission. Dana and Douglas C. Tye
