Fourteen new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service in July. Their mission assignments will be announced at a later date.

Ruben V. and Fabiana Alliaud

Rubén Vicente Alliaud, 47, and Fabiana Bennett Alliaud, six children, Belgrano Ward, Buenos Aires Argentina Belgrano Stake. Elder Alliaud is an Area Seventy and a former stake president, counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, bishop, bishopric counselor and missionary in the Uruguay Montevideo Mission. Sister Alliaud is a Relief Society teacher and former counselor in stake Young Women and Relief Society presidencies, counselor in ward Young Women, Relief Society and Primary presidencies, seminary and institute teacher. Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, to Oscar Bennett and Isabel Lamas.

Carolyn and Anthony John Balledos

Anthony John Misa Balledos, 50, and Carolyn Montenegro Romo Balledos, six children, Talamban Ward, Cebu City Philippines Stake. Brother Balledos is a stake president and former stake clerk, stake executive secretary, high councilor, bishop and missionary in the Philippines Baguio Mission. Born in Davao City, Philippines, to Olympio Ganzon Sr. and Carmelita Salvatera Montenegro Romo.

Sue E. and Garry E. Borders

Garry Everett Borders, 65, and Sue Elizabeth Morrison Borders, six children, Shiloh Hills Ward, Spokane Washington Stake. Brother Borders is a counselor in the Washington Spokane Mission and a former stake president, counselor in a stake presidency, stake mission president, high councilor, bishop and elders quorum president. Sister Borders serves as a Cub Scout committee chairman and is a former stake Young Women president, counselor in ward Young Women and Primary presidencies, ward Young Women adviser, ward organist, Cub Scout den leader, Cubmaster and ward choir director. Born in Lovell, Wyo., to Francis Elggren and Cleopatra M Morrison.

Alberto C. and Josefina G. Bulseco

Alberto Carreon Bulseco, 60, and Josefina Guray Gillego Bulseco, six children, San Vicente Branch, Bulan Philippines District. Brother Bulseco is a counselor in the Philippines Naga Mission and is a former district president, branch president, elders quorum president, branch Sunday School teacher, seminary teacher and institute teacher.
